Delete your Juula account

In the app: Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account.

No access to the app? Email support@juula.app from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account".

After you ask, your account is closed. After 7 days, we permanently delete your account and personal data. Usage statistics are kept only without your identity. Sign in within those 7 days if you change your mind.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
